Questions we answer often
Are the prices up to date?
The figures shown are entry-level guides captured when we assessed the property. Live pricing changes daily and should be verified at the source.
Is there an age restriction?
This publication is written for adults only. Access is restricted to visitors who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction — 21 and over where local rules require it.
When were these assessments made?
We revisit a listing after a refurbishment, an ownership change, or a run of reader feedback that contradicts the current score.
Can I suggest a correction?
Send the property name and the specific error to [email protected]. We verify every report and update the page when it stands up.
